Wark Farm - November 2020 Order Form
We're very excited to have an extra large product list this month:
* There's our usual list of aged Belted Galloway Beef and Hebridean Hogget/Lamb
* Our usual home cured bacons and pies
* A range of venison cuts sourced from the beautiful and well managed Glentanar Estate
* We have our famous pork sausages again on the menu because of popular demand
* A range of fresh pork cuts, pancetta, gammon steaks, smoked houghs and boiling gammons (one of Sabrina's favorites).

Apart from that, please note that WE'RE ALSO TAKING PRE-ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS (gammon joint smoked boned and rolled, Maryfield Farm Bronze turkeys, Game Pheasant, Game Duck, Venison Haunch, Venison Loin, Pork Chipolatas) Delivery and pick-up info for Christmas orders will be collect at Banchory Saturday 19th December, collect at farm Sunday 20th December or delivery Monday 21th December.

All the meat is cut fresh, which means that it can be frozen at home. It also means that, while we try to accommodate everyone's requests, we cannot guarantee not to run out of certain cuts. We treat orders in order of receipt, meaning that the sooner you get your order in, the more likely it will be that you will get everything you requested for.

Unlike our meat, which is sold fresh, our famed pies are sold frozen, ready to be baked at home. Our pies are made from scratch at the farm, including their secret recipe golden crust. We don't normal offer home delivery on frozen pies, but with the current restrictions on markets etc. we are offering frozen pie deliveries, alongside meat orders. Pies available are our Classic Pork Pie, Classic Beef & Onion Pie, Rich Beef & Cheese Pie, Lamb & Prune Pie and Venison&Juniper Pie.

ORDER INFO:
Ordering deadline: Tuesday 17th November, 5pm
Order confirmations are not sent out automatically, but will be emailed to you by latest Thursday 19th November.

COLLECTION/DELIVERY INFO: Orders can be collected at the farm (Sunday 22nd November between 11.00am to 2pm) or at Banchory Market (Saturday 21th November, 9.00am to 1pm). We also do deliveries in central Aberdeen and Aberdeen City and most of Deeside and Donside. Deliveries will be done on Friday 20th November. Delivery is free of charge for orders above £40, otherwise it is £5 delivery charge. Please check with us whether we deliver to your area if this is the first time you're ordering from us.

PAYMENT INFO: Invoices will be sent out by email at latest Tuesday 24th November with information on how to pay by bank transfer.
