APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE - All applications for funding must be submitted by the 1st of each month (with the exception of the 7th of the month for July 2017) for events that will take place the next month.
Applications can only be submitted 3 months in advance.

If your organization is doing weekly or biweekly events, you may submit one budget document that encompasses all the events for the semester. We allow this to remove administrative burden and to save time for organizations instead of requiring them to re-apply each month. In short, if you know your org will be doing weekly events that are similar or in a sequence, you can apply for all the funds needed in the semester by submitting a Semester IBP.
