Loot Disclaimer: Loot is specifically defined as gear, weapons, and trinkets. Loot does not include mounts, pets, or vanity items. Occasional Excellence (OE) reserves all warforged and socketed items needed by current OE raid team members. Note that most raiders are fully geared. However, should a raider need a WF/TF or socket item, the raider will have priority over a buyer.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling; final payment must be made in full before the start of your scheduled raid purchase. If you've made a purchase and disconnect, you'll be given a 5 minute window to reconnect or we'll continue until you reconnect.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled purchase run, we will work with you to reschedule another run the following week. This requires a 24-hour notice to avoid losing your deposit. Failure to attend a rescheduled run will result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your run -- this is done to ensure people show up to their runs and we don't reserve a 'carry' spot for a player that will consistently not show up.
Buyers are asked to be on 30 minutes in advance (no later than 7:45 PM EST) to finalize payment and avoid any potential server issues (unable to log on, authentication servers down, etc.)
Loot: WF/Sockets are reserved for main raiders if needed, which will be rare. See loot disclaimer above for more information. We will do our best to not schedule multiple people of your MS gear requirements to maximize the loot buyers receive. While multiple buyers in a given raid are rare and we try to avoid these situations, you may not be the only carry on a given night and may be required to roll against another buyer for rings, necks, trinkets, weapons, and off-tier pieces. Multiple Buyers will be scheduled based on loot type (Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate) We are not currently selling individual item sales per boss.
Please make sure to save your coins to maximize your loot potential.
We may require you to die on several fights fights, particularly if your performance or lack of experience is a risk to the completion of the encounter.. Thus, you may be able to "experience" the encounter from onset to conclusion without being forced to die after tagging the boss. However, this cannot be guaranteed for every encounter. We have no expectations regarding DPS or HPS output. No one will be teased or insulted or treated in a negative manner.
