2020 Wolfpack Youth Tournament Bid Interest Form
If your team is interested in participating in the 2020 Wolfpack Youth Tournament in Raleigh on January 25-26, please fill out the following form. If your school has multiple teams that would like to compete, please fill out the form once for each team. Bid fees is $300.  Triangle Ultimate will sponsor each girls team $200 towards the bid fee.  

2020 USAU Youth Membership or 2020 USAU Youth Affiliate Membership is required.

Payment information will be emailed to you upon your acceptance to the tournament. Your bid will be confirmed once payment is received.  Teams will be given three weeks to PayPal their bid fee in once accepted to the tournament– this timeline may be shortened in the month leading up to the event.

In the event that your team needs to withdraw from the tournament, refunds will be handled as follows:

Notification after:
December 16 - 50% refund
January 6 - no refund

In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to keep some or all of your bid fee in order to cover our upfront costs.
