Opt INS

Some students completed a 281-13 form and may wish to have their picture included. Please complete this form and select "opt in" for every student who needs to be included.

Opt Outs:

While we will make our best efforts to accommodate a specific request, we will only consider changes due to legal or religious reasons. We do not remove photos for students who just don't like the way they look (we're sorry! It's just too big of an operation).

Name Change:
It is a priority of ours not to unintentionally print false or harmful information. In order to avoid dead naming a student, please confirm the name change information below. Additionally, if your legal name has changed for any reason, this is an opportunity to edit what will be printed in the book.

Picture Swaps:
Student requests for picture swaps should be made through LEGACY: 716-512-6336 / customercare@legacystudios.com Legacy sends our publisher their digital file of images. We do not sort, select, or delete ANY photos from student underclassman or senior portraits. Photos will ONLY be removed from the book for religious or legal reasons and must include written documentation from a parent or guardian. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR PICTURE SWAPS, PLEASE CONTACT LEGACY.

Senior portraits.

The pose deadline is 12/1. Any photos that do not meet that deadline will default to the Legacy selected pose. There can be NO alterations once Legacy sends us the senior portraits file.

Grade Level Change.

Synergy reports are current grade status, not original year of graduation. If you are missing credits, your grade reflects your grade-level status on Synergy. If you change grade levels after Sept. 1st, you have until January 1st to notify us of a change. We have to manually move your portrait. If you miss the deadline, you are printed based on Synergy as of 9/1.
