Which day?                 20 May 2023 (Saturday)
What time?                 8.00am - 11.00am 
Where meet?              COOS Plaza Area
How much?                FOC (we will collect optional love gifts to bless the trainer)
Max Participants?     12 only  (all are welcome!)
What to bring?            a. Own Bicycle (and spare inner tubes, if u want to change the inner tube)
                                      b. Adjustable spanner (if your bike wheels are not quick-release type)
                                      c. Tyre levers (to remove tyres/inner tubes)
                                      d. Bike repair multi tool (only if you want to try adjusting your brakes)
                                      e. Rags n wet wipes

* Please bring as many of your own tools as possible to maximize learning opportunities.

Please note that those aged 12 and below must be accompanied by one of their parents.

This session is conducted by brother Hong Yew and his team.  They are all amateur bike mechanics with an intention to share their know-how on bike maintenance.  Kindly DO NOT bring your faulty bicycle and expect it to be serviced.  

Participants must be prepared to be hands-on and get their hands dirty.
  1. Demo/hands-on Front wheel remove n install.
  2. Demo/hands-on Remove n install inner tube front wheel (for non-tubeless tyres only).
  3. Demo of removal and installation of rear wheel.
  4. Demo/explain brake adjustments (v brake and disc brake - non hydraulic only).
  5. Participants wishing to adjust their own brakes may do so using their own multi tool.
  6. Q&A on possible issues/problems encountered.
