What is your current badminton playing level *

Beginner – I am new to badminton or have only played casually a few times. I am still learning the basic rules, strokes, and movement.

Recreational – I play occasionally for fun, know the basic rules, and can rally but lack consistent technique and footwork.

Intermediate – I have regular playing experience, can sustain rallies, and execute basic techniques (e.g., clears, drops, smashes) with moderate consistency. I have some understanding of strategy and positioning.

Upper Intermediate – I have good control over my strokes, can anticipate opponents' shots, and have decent footwork. I may have played in local tournaments or club matches.

Advanced – I have strong technical skills, can execute various shots effectively under pressure, and have good tactical awareness. I compete regularly in club or regional-level tournaments.
