Thank you for applying to adopt a cat from the Hill District!
Here are two requirements that we ask of potential adopters-
1) If you have pets, they need to have been seen annually by a vet. That means, if you have a ten year old cat, he should have ten vet visits on record. If you have HAD pets in the past, please list the vet office you went too. If you have never had pets, you MUST list three non family references.
2) Please fill out all the questions and give accurate and correct information.
3) Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
4) You must live within an hour and a half of Pittsburgh.
The adoption fee is $100. Cats will come fixed, combo tested, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated. Bonded cats are $150. Kittens under six months old are $150.
