Vendor & Food | Interest Form | MCC Pre-Eid Al-Adha Bazaar 2025

Event Timing: Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Application Process: 
  • Applicant will receive an automated confirmation email once the form is submitted.
  • Within 48 hours of the deadline, only approved vendors will hear from the Programs Committee, which will send the applicant an e-mail and link for payment. Payment is required to reserve a spot.
  • Failure to pay the reservation fee within 24 hours, will disqualify the vendor and the Programs Committee will provide that space to the next vendor on the interest list.
  • The Form will close at noon on Monday, May 19.
Pricing:
  • Market Vendor - $150 (10x10 Space, Chairs provided ONLY)
MCC will provide chairs as well as a private area for market guests to try on clothing. MCC will not be providing tables, canopies, clothing racks, etc. Vendors must bring their own tables, racks and other accessories needed. Due to space constraints, MCC will increase the space of a vendor based on how many spaces they purchase. Each space is 10x10

Rules: 
  • Vendor check-in will begin at 10:30 a.m.
  • Each vendor will receive 1 parking spot (if in the parking lot).
  • Please note electrical outlets will not be provided
  • Please note that the market will be outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. We will confirm once we get closer to the date.
  • Please note tables and canopies will not be provided. 
  • No refunds if the turnout didn't meet your expectations on the day of the bazar.

Important Notes: 
  • Filling an application does NOT guarantee a spot. The Programs Committee will review all applicants and reach out to you with next steps. 
  • MCC or the Programs Committee makes no promise of attendance or number of attendees who attend the Eid Market.
  • You cannot fill out this form on behalf of someone else. Only fill out if you are interested in being a vendor. Please do not pay on behalf of someone else. We will ask them to leave on the day of the event.
  • The MCC makes no guarantee of attendees. Historically, the Bazars have been popular with hundreds attending. The bazar is advertised on the MCC newsletter and social media channels as well as at the MCC Jumu'ah prayer services.

I understand the fee structure for each vendor. Past MCC bazars have attracted 100 to 400 shoppers. Especially as we come out of the pandemic, the MCC and Eid Bazar Event Planning Committee make no guarantees for sale of my products or the number attendees who will come to this free annual Eid Bazar. *
I understand the Exposition is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and that setup is from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and that all selected community vendors should be ready to display and sell their items by 11 a.m. *
Simply applying does not guarantee one of the limited vendor spots. The Social Committee will review all submitted entries sent by the latest by Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The Committee will inform only vendors which are chosen to provide the most variety and diversity of products to the attendees. *
MCC reserves the right to deny participation of those who have breached prior agreements and/or deemed noncompliant with their terms. Reservation and full payment is required once you are selected. *
