* Prior to banner sign installation, the form included below must be submitted with full payment of $750.00. Banner renewals are $600.00 for one calendar year. The donation amount includes the print production of the banner(layout/design is additional) and display for one full calendar year from the date the banner is hung.
* Should you require design assistance, an additional fee of $100 applies (includes up to two rounds of revisions). Please email; high resolution graphic and logos to Rebecca@reachforthestardesign.com and you will receive a proof for your review and approval.
* Checks can be made payable to Canyon Athletics and delivered to the school: Attn: Ashley Higuera, Athletic Director220 S. Imperial HwyAnaheim, CA 92807.
* Banner sign must include the words "Proud Sponsor of Canyon High School Athletics" or www.CanyonAthletics.org.
* Banner signs shall be fabricated of quality materials and professionally drawn.*Banner signs shall not contain reflective or metallic materials, moving parts, or lights.
* Banner signs shall not be located so as to distract or block the line of sight of motorists or pedestrians.
* All designs must be approved by the school administration prior to display.
* Canyon High School is not responsible for replacing banners that are damaged due to weather, vandalism, or normal exposure to the elements.
If you need help with the design and layout of your banner we can refer you to a Canyon High School approved vendor. Design costs are not included in the list sponsorship amount. Additional information regarding banner services should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Banner signs will be 4"0" x 7"0" on outdoor applications and 3"0" x 6"0" on indoor applications.
Banner locations are subject to availability and not all requests can be accommodated.
