Purpose of this form is to connect attendees looking for a room at the DoubleTree with those who have already booked but now find they have to cancel. By participating, it helps preserve rooms within the discounted Tango Community Block.

NOTE: Filling out this form does NOT put you on a Wait List with the DoubleTree, NOR does it automatically cancel a room you have reserved!
