We are Music Directors, Composers, Arrangers, Orchestrators, Copyists, Music Assistants, Musicians and members of Music Departments who bring our artistry to theatrical productions of all levels: Education, Community Theater, Regional Theaters, Off-Broadway, Broadway, Internationally and any and everywhere that music plays a role in telling stories.

Our first gathering was on June 10, 2020 as the uprisings for Black Lives were taking place around the world. Knowing that these efforts start with individuals who come together to enact change, we are dedicated to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racist practices in theatre and the world beyond.

Many of us primarily work individually or in small groups and our first step is reaching to the community at large (that’s you!), getting to know each other and discovering together how we can create working environments where everyone and specifically marginalized BIPOC and female identifying artists can thrive.
