Enrollment Application
Letter from Admissions
NOTE: THIS APPLICATION IS FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY. TRANSFER AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS SHOULD CALL THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE AT 608-257-1023 x134 TO REQUEST AN APPLICATION.

Thanks for applying for admission to Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart! The EHS application is designed to provide the Admissions Office an overview of the student's academic history, demographic information, and a brief description of the student's interests, hobbies, and potential involvements if enrolled at EHS. A complete application file at EHS consists of:
*Completed online application
*Copy of the student's year-end report card from seventh grade
*Test results from the standardized test called Star 360

Edgewood accepts Star 360 scores for students who take the test through their own school or in any other setting, as long as scores will be available by January. EHS also offers this assessment test to eighth grade students as a part of the application process. You may contact EHS Admissions (admissions@edgewoodhs.org) to sign up for a test date or learn more about the test and how it is used.

Although the application is online and may seem impersonal, we hope all families recognize and take advantage of our interest in connecting with you to answer any of your family's questions about Edgewood High School or to address areas related to your child's success and happiness at this wonderful high school.

For your planning, please be aware that we request the most recent available grades from eighth grade (self-reported) within this application, and that you mail/email the official seventh grade year-end reports to us. For this reason, complete your application after Q1 grades are available from eighth grade. The deadline for applications is December 15. You can expect this application to take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.

Sincerely,

Marcia Lovett
