We’re excited to have you take part in our International Evening! To make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone enjoys the event, please follow the guidelines below:🇩🇪 1. Country Tables
- Each country will be assigned one table.
- All participants representing a country should gather at their designated table.
- You can decorate your table to reflect your country’s culture and traditions, flags and wear traditional clothes, jersey and everything — be creative!
🍽️ 2. Food and Drinks
- Bring traditional food, snacks, or beverages (Alcoholic or non-alcoholic) from your country to display and share.
- Arrange your items neatly on your table before the event starts.Â
- Please label the dishes (and note if they are vegetarian, vegan, or contain allergens), the required materials will be provided.
- If possible you can also dress up in your traditional attire.
⏰ 3. Event Timing
- Arrive early to set up your table and decorations (please come at least 30 minutes before the start time).
- The event will start promptly at 4:30 P.M CEST.
- Once the event begins, all tables should be ready.
🎤 4. Presentation Round
- A facilitator/anchor will introduce each table and few selected people will visit these tables where you will:
- Introduce your country
- Present your food and beverages
- Share a few fun facts or traditions
- You can also choose a song from your country to be played during your presentation.
🌏 5. Tasting & Exploration
- After each country’s introduction, selected people will taste the food and drinks.
- Please wait until all tables have been introduced before freely moving around to taste from every country. Trust us, it is worth the wait!!!
- Once every table has been visited, everyone can enjoy all the food together!
