This application is for the 2017 St. Louis Crystal Fair vendor room.

Once you have applied, please wait for a response from our staff. We may either have questions or concerns. After our team reviews we will inform your organization has been accepted or not.

Payment will be required once accepted either by Paypal (paypal email: crystalfair.stlouis@gmail.com) or via check. Checks are to made out to Heart of the Midwest Convention Services L.L.C. and sent to 505 Rayburn Ave. St. Louis, MO 63126.
