All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed upon receipt, and an invoice will be issued as the next step.
Invoices are issued once the order is confirmed to be fulfillable - typically when the lead time is short (within one week), or when items are already in production or in stock.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received after the invoice is issued, if the product becomes unavailable, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Unpaid invoices will automatically expire after the stated payment period, and the corresponding order will be cancelled.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Lithuania using the carrier with the best price / delivery time ratio. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their local customs office.
4. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Warranty and Support
All products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation.
For warranty service or technical support, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All orders include tracking. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility for delivery.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
- If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier or insurer, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- If the package was delivered to the address provided but cannot be located, the claim must be resolved directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
