WAEOPP TRIO Achievers Nomination Form 2026
Please nominate an extraordinary TRIO participant.  Nominees should be a TRIO alumni who has achieved a reputable position in their field of work and/or community, who has overcome obstacles and acknowledges that TRIO has impacted their success. The finalist will be invited to attend the TRIO Achiever Banquet at The Wilderness Resort  in Wisconsin Dells, WI on April 16th, 2026.

Please attach a short statement (1-2 paragraphs) about why this TRIO participant should be chosen as a TRIO Achiever.
Additional information such as letters of recommendations, quotes from the student, and other supportive material may be requested at a later date. If your nominee is selected as a finalist, you will be asked to submit a photo and personal biography for the nominee. Those selected as TRIO Achievers will be recognized at the WAEOPP TRIO Achievers event. The winning nominee will be expected to prepare a short (5-10 minute presentation) to be shared in person (or virtually if necessary). Please contact  waeoppalumni@eoa.org with any questions.
