I. I do hereby give permission to The New Orleans Louisiana Pups and Handlers Association, Inc , its agents, and others working under its authority, full and free use of video/photographs containing my image/likeness. I understand these images may be used for promotional, news, research and/or educational purposes.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the The New Orleans Louisiana Pups and Handlers Association, Inc and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video.

I do further certify that I am either of legal age, or possess full legal capacity to execute the foregoing authorization and release.

II. Contestants: 1. May identify as any gender and must be at least twenty one (21) years of age at the time of the event. 2. Must agree to appear onstage wearing appropriate gear and participate in all judging categories while conforming to all State and local regulations pertaining to nudity and obscenity laws. 3. Winners must agree to represent the SouthernMost Puppy Title, throughout their title year, with the exclusion of International Puppy and Handler (IPAH Weekend). 5. Must agree to permit onstage photographs to be taken for the use on the SouthernMost Puppy and NOLA PAH websites, or related publications and Promotional activates.

III. Expectations of the Winner:

1. As the Winner of the SouthernMost Puppy Title, their primary responsibility is:
A. Promoting SouthernMost Puppy Contest.
B. Promoting the Human Puppy Community.

2. The Winner will be responsible to attend at least 4 events during their title year, specifically: NOLA PAH Events during Southern Decadence 2019, SouthernMost Puppy Competition held in 2021, New Orleans Pride events with NOLA PAH, International Puppy and Handler Weekend Contest 2021.

3. All fundraisers and appearances using the SouthernMost Puppy Title will be executed only with express written permission of NOLA PAH

4. The Winner will maintain contact with NOLA PAH, letting the Board know of his/her travel schedule so that NOLA PAH can ensure the Titleholder has NOLA PAH/SMP literature and/or Giveaway items, it also allows NOLA PAH to help advertise events that our Titleholder will be at.

5. The Winner is requested to judge the following years contest along with their Step Down Speech.

6. The winner is expected to conduct themselves in a manner becoming a representative of NOLA PAH.

7. If any of these conditions are not met, the winner may be stripped of all titles and awards from SouthernMost Puppy and NOLA PAH, to be replaced by the runner-up.

IV. Winners Prize Package: The prize package will include 1) a SouthernMost Puppy Medal 2) SouthernMost Puppy sash, 3) SouthernMost Puppy patch, 4) $500.00 REIMBURSEMENT FOR HOTEL ROOM AND TRAVEL EXPENSES to attend IPAH Weekend in 2021. REIMBURSEMENT WILL NOT COVER ROOM DAMAGE, AND/OR INCIDENTALS, AND/OR TAXES. (Download full rules for all details).
