Conditions of admission of Active Members
To be considered as an Active Member, a woman must:
Share the Corporation’s objectives and goals.
Satisfy all conditions established by the Board of Directors. Be willing to work for the improvement of the Corporation. Be accepted by the Board of Directors as an Active Member.

Conditions of admission of Associate Members
To be considered as an Associate Member, groups, community organizations, or institutions must: Share the Corporation’s objectives and goals.
Be a positive asset to the Corporation and its membership.
Satisfy all conditions established by the Board of Directors.
Be accepted by the Board of Directors as an Associate Member.

Rights of Members Active Members
May participate in all activities of the Corporation.
Are entitled to participate and vote at any General Meeting, provided that they have been members for ninety (90) days prior to the meeting.
May sit on the Board of Directors, provided that they are a member in good standing and have been a member for ninety (90) days prior to the meeting.

Associate Members
May participate in all activities of the Corporation.
Are entitled to participate and vote at any General Meeting, provided that they are a member in good standing for ninety (90) days prior to the meeting but have only on (1) vote per group or organization.
May have one representative sit on the Board of Directors, chosen from amongst themselves, and provided they are a member in good standing.

Suspension or Termination of Membership
The Board may suspend for an undetermined time or terminate any membership for any of the following reasons: If the conditions of admission are not respected,
Not respecting the Corporation Bylaws,
Or if the activities or conduct of the member are detrimental to the objectives and goals of the Corporation.

Notification of the suspension or termination will be given to the member in writing. Upon request by the member, she may be heard at the next Board of Directors meeting. The decision of the Board of Directors is then final and without appeal. The Board of Directors is authorized to adopt and follow in this matter any proceedings that it considers appropriate. However, the process must ensure the confidentiality, and preserve the reputation of the member, and be nonbiased.
