As always, Rose City Comic Con is pleased to provide complimentary booth space to help promote local, regional, and national non-profits, conventions, and fan associations.

You will hear back on the status of your application no later than
Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
If you received a complimentary booth at a past RCCC event this does NOT guarantee you space in 2025. Our floor plan changes every year and available space for complimentary booths is limited. Rose City Comic Con reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
Important Info:- A standard 10x10 Promo booth come with 1 Table, 2 Chairs, and 4 Exhibitor Badges. You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs as well, and you may request more badges from me if needed.
- Electricity & Wi-Fi are not included and must be ordered once it becomes available.
- Your booth is for promotion only. You are not permitted to sell anything at your booth unless you have discussed it with me. (Donations for a legitimate 501C3 are okay)
- Your booth must be set up and ready to rock by 12:30 PM on Friday, September 5th, and must be occupied during all Exhibit Hall hours. Empty booths not only look bad to our attendees, but they hurt your neighbors. Fans tend to avoid areas with vacated booths, and this could affect someone's success at the show.
