We are inviting all artists and haunt community leaders, as well as Halloween super fans and their families to join us in honoring the spirit of Halloween here in Orange County. We are eager to create and share an environment where local vendors, DIYers and haunt passionates join together to further ignite the excitement of this spooky season.
In its 6th year, Creep It Real OC is an outdoor Halloween festival featuring a vendor marketplace, atmosphere characters, live musical performances, unique photo locations, food, drinks, celebrities and much more. Due to limited space and the need to represent diversified product and service offerings, NOT all new and returning vendors may be accepted. You will receive a confirmation after submitting and acceptance decision emails will follow shortly.
Please only apply once. If you haven't heard from us yet, just know we received your application and are reviewing it. Those who apply more than once will be placed at the bottom of the queue.

- Vendor Application Deadline: Friday, August 15, 2025 (may close earlier if space fills up)
- Load-in: Thursday, September 11, 2025: 4:00PM - 8:00PM
- Day 1: Friday, September 12, 2025: 4:00PM - 10:00PM
- Day 2: Saturday, September 13, 2025: 4:00PM - 10:00PM
- Day 3: Sunday, September 14th, 2025: 4:00PM- 10:00PM
Important Vendor Guidelines and Information
- Booth space purchase includes access to a 10x10 space. All interior is self-provided, such as canopies, lights, tents, walls, grids, tables, tablecloths and chairs. The use of 10x10 canopies and interior lighting is highly encouraged. Tent walls will be strongly recommended for overnight protection.
- Security: Provided between load-in and event days outside of event hours. Overnight site security will be provided to avoid the need for full breakdown between load-in and event days. Full details, expectations and requirements will be given prior to event.
- Vendors must commit to being present for all 3 event days and all event hours. Please note hours have changed from past events.
- Booth sharing is allowed, providing all Vendors have been given approval by Event Producers through this application process ONLY. All Sellers must apply, be approved and accepted. One member will need to make payment and advise us of the intent of the other shop joining prior to payment. Vendors who partner and booth share without prior approval may result in inability to vend at future events.
- Once approved and paid, no refunds or credits are possible. Your space is not confirmed until a payment is received. No partial payments will be accepted under any circumstances. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled at any time without notice, this will also result in a cancelled approval. Due to high demand, your space may be forfeited at any time if payment has not been made.
- In the case of event cancellation by the Venue or Event Producers, such as for extreme weather conditions or other external factors, all paid Vendors will be credited for a future event date.
- Area pathway lighting will be present in most areas, but if booth lighting is desired, vendors will need to supply their own 50 ft. power extension cord.
- Vendors who require power for fog effects, coffee & other hot drinks as well as refrigerators and other large power needs must notify Event Producers of these needs and provide their own generator.
- Food Vendors: A TFF from the OC Health Dept permit is required and your own responsibility to obtain.
- This venue consists of different types of ground cover including: dirt, mulch, grass, concrete and asphalt. You MUST be okay with this to proceed. We cannot accept requests for certain types of ground covers.
- We have a limited number of vendor spots available and will be choosing participants based on originality.
