Instrument Hire Form
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing.

Minimum hire period is 4 months. Monthly credit card payments payments are to be made via direct deposit through the "Pin Payments" online payment system. All credit card details remain within this 3rd party and at no time will the Merchant Music Academy have access to your credit card details.

A refundable bond is also required at the initial payment which will be refunded once the instrument has been returned in good working order to the Merchant Music Academy.

Please note instruments need to be returned to a Merchant Music Academy teacher, NOT the office of the school your child attends. It is the responsibility of the parent, not the school, to return the instrument to a Merchant Music Academy teacher.
