This form is only for non commercial, not competing entries.
Commercial and non commercial entries that are competing must submit an entry form with payment to the South Belt-Ellington Leader at 11555 Beamer.
Parade lineup will be at 9 a.m. at Sagemont Church, 11300 S Sam Houston Pkwy E.
The parade will begin at Sagemont Church at 10 a.m. and will end at San Jacinto College on Beamer Road. Businesses and individuals are encouraged to build floats and participate in the parade.
NO WATER BALLOONS, WATER GUNS, ETC.

Due to the length of this parade, we request participants do not attempt to walk.
All entries for community and nonprofit groups are free of charge unless they are competing.
