Thank you for your interest in Warwickshire Youth Choirs. This form enables you to sign up your child (or yourself if you are a young adult) for any of our choirs. If you have any questions or want to make an more informal enquiry please email Beth Thompson: beth@warwickshireyouthchoirs.org

Warwickshire Youth Choirs is a registered charity number 1150219. We have the following membership options available:

Weekend membership - for children and young people aged 6+
This involves attending our workshops in Warwick three weekend days per term from 2pm to 5pm and being involved in our exciting concerts for the whole WYC family of choirs. This costs £20 per month when you join part way through the year. Each month you get 3 hours hours of expert tuition, all resources, our visiting song writer and the concert. You can also apply for a bursary if your family is on a low income. For the Summer Term our weekend membership will be just 2 x monthly payments of £20 for 3 workshop dates, concerts and activities.  Our Summer term workshops  are on the following dates:

Saturday 27th April  2pm to 5pm
Saturday 18th May 2pm to 5pm
Saturday 29th June  2pm CONCERT 4pm

Youthies - Young Singers - Age 4 - 7 years

This group is new for the Summer term on three Saturdays over the term aimed at young singers in Key Stage One age 4 - 7 years. These  sessions will be an hour long and include lots of fun singing and activities. This group for the Summer term is free to join. The dates of the sessions are as follows:

Saturday 27th April  12 45 pm - 1 45 pm
Saturday 18th May 12 45 pm - 1 45 pm
Saturday 29th June  12 45 pm - 1 45 pm

Junior Boys' Choir and Junior Girls' Choir - full membership option
This involves Wednesday rehearsals in Warwick from 6pm to 7.15pm and the option to attend the Saturday workshops too, providing excellent value. The Boys' choir is for children from y3 (Age 7) until their voices change and the Junior Girl's choir is for children from y3 (age 7) to Y6 (age 11). You will naturally be included in the exciting termly WYC family concerts but also get the opportunity to get involved in other special events and competitions. This membership option costs the equivalent of under £5 per week over the year.  You can also apply for a bursary if your family is on a low income. 

Senior  Choirs  - full membership option
This involves Wednesday rehearsals in Warwick from 7.15pm to 8.30pm and the option to attend the Saturday workshops too, providing excellent value. The Senior Male Voices is for boys with changed voices and the Senior Girls' is for girls in Y7 (age 11) and above. We welcome young adults up to the age of 23 into the Senior Choirs. These choirs are free to attend for the Summer term 2024.

WYC Young Leader Programme
Our completely new Young Leaders Programme is a completely free training and work experience programme for young people aged 15+. Please note a DBS check is required for this programme for those young people aged 16 and above. To apply please visit www.bit.ly/WYCleaders
