Pre-Registration Form for Supply Chain Asia Training Programs 2024 (SUTD Academy)

Please take note that this form is for reservation of seat for the above program. Once you have reserve your seat, you will receive an email to complete the following process:

Step 1: Formal Enrolment
A link will be sent to you to formally registered at STEP - part of the Polytechnic CET network. 
To qualify for 90% SSG Subsidy:
- Singaporeans above 40 years. Register as "SELF SPONSORED"
- Singaporeans below 40 years of age and PRs, please register as "COMPANY SPONSORED" and make sure you use an SME to sign up. If not, you will only be eligible for 70% course fees subsidy by SSG.

Step 2: Provide PayNow Details
Once you have received a confirmation of registration from STEP, forward that email to project-grant@supplychainasia.org. You will get a link to provide your PayNow details.

Step 3: Process Your Registration Fee Payment
Upon reaching the required number of participants, STEP will email you payment instructions. Fees may be paid through various methods or claimed against Skills Future Credit, where applicable.

Step 4: Participate in the Course
Ensure full participation and achieve at least a 75% attendance rate.

Step 5: Reimbursement of 10% Project Associate Training Fund
On the last day of your class, SCA will reimburse the 10% training fees less GST to your PayNow account.

Step 6: Apply for UTAP
Union members are encouraged to verify UTAP eligibility for the selected courses on their personal union page. A receipt of course fees and completion certificate are necessary for UTAP claims.

NOTE: Please note that support for this course will be prioritised for Singaporean citizens above the age of 40 who will qualify for 90% support from SSG. Singaporeans below 40 years of age and Singaporeans PR will also qualify for SSG's support of up to 70%.

Payment of Fees
Regarding the payment of training fees, accepted applicants are required to pay the subsidised training fee upon course enrolment administered by the IHL. It is important to note that failure to comply will necessitate the cancellation of registration.

Use of Skills Future Credit
Participants are welcome to utilise their SkillsFuture Credit to offset additional training fees. This is contingent upon the availability of funds and approval from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
