Prenatal Yoga: Prepare your body & mind -27 July
As a pregnant woman, breathing, relaxing and strenghting the mind is really needed . A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Join Zephyr for a workshop of prenatal where she will explain to the futur mums how to deal with pregnancy and what are the technics that can help you get into easy labor.

DURATION: 60 minutes.
LEVEL: Beginner.

Zephyr is a flow yoga teacher who has trained under the likes of Kino MacGregor, Bryce Yoga and received her RYT200 by Inspired Yoga and Wanderlust Hollywood led by Joan Hymann from Los Angeles. On top of that, she’s also a certified Pre-natal yoga teacher and she teaches yoga classes at Hot Yo Studio, KL. She’s energetic and highly motivated to encourage students on their journey to reach for their wellness and fitness goals.
