ServSafe Food Manager and Food Handler trainings provide nationally recognized food safety education for food service professionals. Learn essential practices in foodborne illness prevention, safe handling, and sanitation while meeting Nebraska food safety requirements. Certification includes a proctored exam.
- Food Managers Courses cost $160 and must be registered 3 weeks in advance.
- Food Handlers Courses cost $40 and must be registered 2 weeks in advance.
