ServSafe Food Safety Trainings - 2026
ServSafe Food Manager and Food Handler trainings provide nationally recognized food safety education for food service professionals. Learn essential practices in foodborne illness prevention, safe handling, and sanitation while meeting Nebraska food safety requirements. Certification includes a proctored exam.
  • Food Managers Courses cost $160 and must be registered 3 weeks in advance. 
  • Food Handlers Courses cost $40 and must be registered 2 weeks in advance. 
  • We are only accept Cash or Check at this time! Payment can be made prior to event or the day of. Checks can be made out to University of Nebraska-Lincoln and be mailed to: Morrill County Extension Office, PO Box 490, Bridgeport, NE 69336
