VENDOR CONTRACT: Crossroad Christian Church is a non-profit 501C organization. You must have your Vendor Application and Contract back to us no later than 9/16/2017. Booths will be reserved as fees and completed applications are received on a first come, first serve basis. Two chairs will be provided for each booth. Two sizes are available: 8 x 5 and 8 x 10. Six foot tables are available for rent on a limited basis. Electricity receptacles are also available on a limited basis. Please bring your own electrical cord. Non-refundable: Vendor agrees that Crossroads Christian Church (“Crossroads”) rental fee is non-refundable, regardless of any occurrence except cancellation of the event scheduled by the host. Operation of Event: It is the Vendor’s responsibility to determine the sales price and mark the merchandise in Vendor’s booth. Vendor shall handle any and all sales or transaction which occurs at Vendor’s booth during the Event. Crossroads will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise during the Event, before or after hours. Time of Event: The Event will start at 9:00 am and run until 4 pm. Set up is from 7:00 am to 8:30 am; the building will be vacated by 6:00 pm. Vehicles must be moved to the west side of building. There will be no early closing or breakdown of Vendor’s booth. Attendance at Event: Crossroads does not guarantee or warrant the attendees will come to Vendor’s booth, walk by Vendor’s booth, or purchase any items from Vendor’s booth. Any and all warranties or guarantees of attendance levels at the Event are specifically disclaimed hereby. Vendor understands that Crossroads is not responsible for the level of attendance at the Event. However, Crossroads will do its best efforts to advertise and inform the community regarding the Event. Maintenance of booth area: Vendor agrees to maintain merchandise within the boundaries of their marked area in a manner which assures the safety of the public and within compliance of any requirements imposed by the fire marshal. The Bazaar Committee reserves the right to refuse entry if felt that merchandise is not suitable as agreed by the Committee. Vendor shall also maintain a clean and organized area throughout the Event. Booths must be attended at all times. This is for the safety and care of your items. Vendor is responsible for cleaning the booth at the end of the Event including any rented tables. Taxes: Vendor understands and agrees that it is the Vendor’s responsibility to pay any taxes and all taxes levied upon the merchandise to Vendor’s booth, including but not limited to all sales taxes, or any applicable property taxes. Vendor shall be solely responsible to the State of Texas or local taxing authority for sales taxes on merchandise sold from Vendor’s booth. Food and drink: Vendor is welcome to bring his/her own food and drink to the Event or have it delivered. Crossroads will be selling some baked goods and drinks throughout the day.
