In consideration of being accepted into the competition , and in addition to the Rules and Regulations set forth above, The Competitor agrees and represents that:

The Competitor hereby assume any and all risk associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with his or her participation or presence at the Event and hereby agree to save and hold harmless and indemnify New Horizon Entertainment, LLC and the Exhibit Facility, individually and collectively, and their respective officers, directors, partners, agents, members and employees from any and all loss, liability, or claims of damage, including claims of negligence, which may arise under this agreement.

The Competitor further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Florida, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I grant and convey unto New Horizon Entertainment, LLC all right, title, and interest, including all copyrights, in any and all photographic images and all writings or video or audio recordings made or created, in whole or in part, as a part of my participation in or in connection with River City Wrestling Con.
