Interested Food and Non-Food Vendors & Community Partners are invited to apply to partake in the large outdoor concert Anniversary Celebration taking place on Saturday, June 7, 2025. RE: TENTS. Please note, that tents over 10'x10' require additional permits. All tents must be secured with sandbags or tent weights or pegs if on grass.  *
RE: GENERATORS. I understand that generators are my responsibility, in good working condition, and it must be QUIET, as to not disrupt patrons. If it is over, 12kilowatt or 240V the municipality may require permit or inspection, which is the responsibility of myself, the vendor.  *
RE: SET UP & TAKE DOWN. I understand that I must be set up by 3:30pm on Saturday with all vehicles off-site by this time. Vehicles must remain offsite until after the event is OVER and the event organizers have cleared vendors to return onsite. *
