Women's Mindfulness Day

A Day to Find Love, Yourself & Happiness

***If you are registering after Sunday, Oct 7th please note you will be responsible for your own lunch. (There is a café on the grounds or you can bring your own lunch.)***

Mindfulness Basics and Building a Practice
Realizing your Authentic Self
Tuning in to your Inner Wisdom
Living a Life with Purpose and Passion
Creating your Greatest Relationships (with yourself and others)

There will be yoga, body work, moving mindfulness practices, meditations and other experiential opportunities throughout the day.

Registration (includes lunch, snacks, coffee/tea, parking, access to the Arboretum grounds, goodie bags and door prizes):
Early (until Sept 15): $160
Regular (after Sept 15): $170

Kathleen Sprole has been practicing as a therapist in the mental health field since 2005. As a professional in the helping and healing fields, Kathleen is dedicated to helping others intentionally build resilience, compassion and self-care. Kathleen has a special interest in mindfulness techniques that increase well-being, balanced living, and self-compassion. Kathleen is dedicated to helping others heal and become their happiest selves.

When we focus on the moments, the years take care of themselves. I invite you to slow down, turn your focus inward, and realize your authentic abilities for compassion, resilience and happiness.
