In it, you'll be asked to reflect on your short term and long-term goals. Think of this form not as a test, but as an opportunity to reflect on how you can make use of MTW's resources to move your life forward in a direction that's exciting to you.
Once you complete this form, your responses will be emailed to your YDM, and they may ask you to discuss them in your next check-in. For that reason, it's best to be as honest as possible.
