Thank you for your interest in covering the 4th annual Mill Valley Music Festival kicking off on May 10-11, 2025 in Mill Valley, California.
In order to become eligible for credentials for this year's event, please note the following rules and guidelines:
- The initial media credential application periods ends on April 11th at midnight. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Bulk applications will not be accepted. Every team member interested in covering onsite must fill out the online application individually.
- If you are a freelance contributor on editorial assignment from a media publication, you must include the contact info (email and cell number) for your editor in order to verify the details of your coverage.
- If traveling from out of state OR on editorial deadline, please make note of this in your application to ensure the festival PR team can make sure to respond in timely manner.
- Festival credentials do not include parking, lodging, or travel accommodations.
- Content creators and social media influencers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Operating drones as well as open-format video recording (a.k.a. vlogging) are strictly banned while at the festival.
Once you've filled out this form, we will be in touch soon with more information as to whether your request has been approved. Be aware that your submission does not guarantee approval. The festival reserves the right to approve or deny any press request for any reason.
