Cheverly Swim and Racquet Club Membership Application
Cheverly Swim and Racquet is a private club located in Cheverly, MD. Our grounds offer a secluded oasis of summer fun including swimming, tennis, beach volleyball and much more.

Memberships for CSRC are offered to the waitlist in order of the date of application. The fees associated with membership are as follows:

1. Membership Equity of $1500 (2023 Rate)
2. Annual Membership Dues $725 (2023 Rate)

The Membership Equity is most often split into two payments, one of $750 when you become a seasonal member which is a required stepping stone to full membership, and one of $750 when you become a full member.  This equity payment is refunded to the member when a membership is resigned in good standing, in a prorated form. (The club keeps 10% per year for the first 5 years of membership not to exceed 50%.)

Annual Dues are paid by each membership before the beginning of each season.  The current dues rate is $725 in 2023.
