Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in Shelf Care: A Book Fair for Grown Ups, hosted by The Enrichment Center. This event brings together local artists, shops, and makers to celebrate creativity, wellness, and the joy of reading — all while supporting accessible mental health services in our local schools. Please complete the form below to apply for your vendor booth.

Event Date and Time: Thursday, February 19th from 6:00 - 9:00 pm

Booth Information
Each vendor booth will include: 
  • Pipe and drape dividers for back and sides of booth (except corner booths)
  • 1 8-foot table and 2 chairs
  • Name of merchant listed in promotional flyer
  • Name of merchant listed in event program
  • Electricity is limited, please select yes or no below if your booth will need access to an outlet.
Pricing:
  • 10x10 Booth = $150
  • 10x20 Booth = $275 (2 booths)
  • Custom Booth = Let us know what you need! Pricing will be determined based on size and setup requirements.

Giveback Opportunity
Companies that choose to donate a portion of proceeds from sales at the event will receive additional advertisement space in our event program (1/4 page or business card size) plus the opportunity to include a flyer or coupon in the grab bag for guests at the door.  Please indicate below if you plan to participate in this opportunity.

(Vendors with items related to books or the book fair experience are more likely to be selected.)
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to limited space, not all merchants will be selected to set up at the event. Each merchant is accepted on the basis of quality, uniqueness, and variety for the enhancement and benefit to Shelf Care: A Book Fair for Grown Ups. 

There is no guarantee of exclusivity of merchandise for any Merchant.

Please send photos of your merchandise or sample booth set-up to info@theenrichmentcenter.org if you feel that it will enhance your application.

If selected, The Enrichment Center will reach out by December 1st with further information, including set up time, parking details, etc.
