I agree to regularly check the WhatsApp group and understand that it is my responsibility to stay informed of updates related to the program.

I understand that participation in outdoor and nature-based activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, wildlife encounters, physical activity, use of tools, and outdoor exploration.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Immersive Forest School program and assume all risks associated with participation for myself and my child(ren).

I agree to release and hold harmless the program organizers, facilitators, volunteers, partner organizations, sponsors, and land hosts from any liability, claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence.

I understand that parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during all sessions.

This is a rain-or-shine outdoor program. Participants should come prepared for a variety of weather conditions, including rain, wind, mud, and changing temperatures.

In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions, sessions may be cancelled at the discretion of program organizers.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for sessions cancelled due to weather, environmental conditions, air quality concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organization’s control.

Families are responsible for ensuring that all participants are dressed appropriately for outdoor learning and changing weather conditions.

I grant permission for photographs and/or videos taken during the program to be used by the organization for educational, promotional, social media, website, grant reporting, and marketing purposes.
