Here's Ben with the numbers:
The Berkeley Bayit, designed by architect Julia Morgan in 1904, houses 11, a baker's minyan.
Last year, there were 7 spots. There was a waitlist, but many deferred, so the waitlist cut down. The board actually struggled to find enough people to fill it this year. Two of Ben's roommates deferred before he found Jack. Now they're best friends! 
This year, our 9 lovely Bayit graduates will be: Abbie, Adam, Chloe, Elly, Elisa, Jonathan, Kimberly, Nicole, and Penelope.
Staying to carry on the Bayit's 45 year old legacy are Ben, Jack, and Zoey.
This will leave 8 beds for next year!

Rents range from $1000 - $1400 per month (subject to change slightly)

Briefly, what is your Jewish journey? *
As part of our responsibility to our house and the community, we keep Kashrut in our kitchen and Shabbat in our common spaces. However, the Bayit is proudly non-denominational, and residents range in practice from secular to Orthodox.
What unique experiences will you bring to the Bayit next year? (100 words or less) *
What's a dish you enjoy making? *
At the Bayit, we cook 3 kosher meals a week. They're delicious and do wonders for house vibes. Chloe also makes cookies when she's stressed, and they help too. NO kosher cooking experience needed!
