The Sherwood and Mildred Schwartz CancerCon Patient Scholarship Application
The Sherwood and Mildred Schwartz Foundation is sponsoring one Travel Scholarship to a young adult survivor to attend CancerCon 2017, April 27 - April 30, 2017, in Denver, Colorado. This scholarship was created and funded in honor of Mildred and Sherwood Schwartz who were personally impacted by family members with cancer, and spent their lives donating generously to causes that were important to them. The travel Scholarship includes free registration, airfare and hotel for up to 3 nights.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet all of the below requirement criteria

-- Cancer Survivor or Patient
-- Between the ages of 18-39
-- Must live in the United States
