Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and achieve/exceed company revenue targets

  • Enforcing compliance with company procedures with sales staff (Pipedrive, Telegram, Google etc)

  • Implementation and monitoring of quarterly KPI targets with sales team

  • Recording and reporting sales transactions weekly to the senior management

  • Overseeing the collection and distribution of any payments, commissions or deposits to the company to ensure funds are correctly secured, reported and deposited into the company account.

  • Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure compliance to invoicing/payment procedures.

  • Recruitment and hiring of sales staff 

  • Liaising with CEO & GM to communicate properties and developments while identify key areas for improvement

  • Liaising with Leads Team to ensure smooth handover process and servicing of leads accordingly

  • Assist in developing training material for new & existing agents

  • Host regular training sessions to upskill sales team

Qualifications:

  • English fluency and any other language is a bonus

  • A passion for sales and results driven 

  • Ideally, 3 years experience in real estate 

  • A knowledge of Cambodia and Sihanoukville regions 

  • Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

  • Enthusiasm innovative tech focused sales tools (CRM)

  • Any real estate sales experience in another country is a bonus but not required
