We’re expanding into new markets 🇫🇷 🇮🇪 🇪🇸 First we need to make sure you can connect Plum to your European bank account 🔗

Don’t worry though… this is just a test-run! We won’t disrupt your connected Plum account or take any money from your European bank.


To help us with this test, you’ll need:

- The Plum app, connected to a UK bank account
- An active bank account (with online banking) with one or more of the following institutions:

Caisse D'Epargne (France)
Crédit Agricole (France)
Crédit Mutuel (France)
Société Générale (France)
HelloBank (France)
Banque Populaire (France)
PTSB (Ireland)
AIB (Ireland)

BBVA (Spain)
Banco Sabadell (Spain)
Bankia (Spain)


What happens next?

Once you fill in this form, we'll enable you to view non-UK banks within your Plum app so that you can have a go at connecting! We’ll send you an app notification to let you know when this is live for you 📲

What we’ll need you to do 🙏

Link your bank! This will help us gather data about success rates.

And let us know about your experience 🙋‍♀️ The more information you can give us about any failures, the better. If you link your bank successfully, you will see a screen that says "Your bank isn't sharing your account"...slightly confusing we know: it actually means you've managed to link but we aren't going to do anything further with your data - so no need to sweat! 😓
