Please fill out this form in full if you'd like to participate in my study of awareness tools for games

This experiment will take approximately 2 - 3 hours. You will attempt to complete a cooperative task with a group of other participants using a specified set of UI add-ons and your group performance and communication will be recorded. After the task you will be interviewed regarding your experience with the task, the group and the UI environment. Your data will be stored anonymously and only for as long as it is required for the study. You may withdraw from the experiment at any time and your data will not be stored.
