Please complete this form if you would like to volunteer with EAP to provide assistance  to entrepreneurs and small business owners by helping with either or both of the following programs:

1. Webinars that feature a presentation by a lawyer on a legal topic of current interest and relevance to entrepreneurs and small business owners, with opportunity for participants to ask general questions of the presenters.

2. Virtual “ask-a-lawyer” sessions that would pair individual entrepreneurs and small business owners with business lawyers for 45-minute sessions to address legal questions and concerns as well as provide legal information and resources.

Please note that EAP, formally known as NC LEAP, is no longer making direct pro bono case referrals, but instead is focusing program efforts on workshops and ask-a-lawyer style clinics.
