Exchanges for store credit only within 45 days from the date of shipment from our San Diego workshop. All returns must meet the following requirements.
1. Carrier must be new, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Carrier was purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom site.
3. All custom, limited edition, artist collaborations, sale or discounted items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Any unauthorized returns or carriers that do not meet the above return requirements (tags removed, worn, not in original packaging, etc.) will be returned to sender. Thank you for understanding.
