- Announcements may not exceed 30 seconds and should include 65 words or less.
- Up to two representatives speaking on behalf of a club or event may come to communicate their announcements.
- Announcements must be submitted and approved through the online announcement request form.
- Audio announcements are verbalized on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and all submissions will be finalized at 8:00 p.m the night before each broadcast.
- Early submissions are highly encouraged and late submissions will not be announced.
