Food Truck Event Participation Form 2025
Thank you for your interest in participating in food vendor/truck events in North Wilkesboro this year!

Please complete this form to the best of your ability to help us select a successful and diverse group of vendors. Incomplete applications may not be considered. 

This form will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. 

Communication will be primarily via email. Please double-check that the email address you enter below is accurate.

Most events are held at the Yadkin Valley Marketplace in Downtown North Wilkesboro (842 CBD Loop, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). 

This survey does not guarantee your participation in any of the events. Vendors will be reviewed for acceptance based on their product offerings, space and power availability, the type of event, and
application completion. The Event Coordinator reserves the right to determine if the products and/or services provided by the vendor reflect the original intention and add to the overall quality of the event.

Please complete this form online by January 31st, 2025. Applications will be reviewed beginning February 1st. We will contact you by February 15th, 2025, to confirm your participation for select event dates. Applications will continue to be accepted after the deadline, but those received before will be considered first for limited space. Select events may have additional application requirements and associated vendor fees. 

The Vendor Guidelines and Application Agreement outline the general terms and conditions for food vendors who wish to participate in select Downtown North Wilkesboro events. Submitting this form conveys agreement with all procedures and guidelines outlined in the Agreement.
