Set up: Vendors are welcome to set up on Friday Dec. 1st from Noon to 8PMTake down: Sunday Dec. 3rd no earlier than 4PM.
Vending spaces are approximately 4'x6'. Tables will be provided, or an equivalent space.
Fees: $20 Application Fee, to be paid upon the completion of this form. 20% Vending Fee on gross sales. Artists will write their own receipts as well as collect and pay any sales tax on their sales. Checks or cash for the vending fee are due to the Co-op Treasurer at the closing of the show on Sunday, Dec 3rd at 4PM.
Work Requirement:Original works; 2d prints on paper or canvas are acceptable, some greeting cards are acceptable, but the emphasis should be on original work. Artists must be present throughout the entire event, no agents.No buy/sell.
Urban Art Co-op is accepting application till October 29th. This is a juried show. The jury will meet and send notifications on November 6th.
