June 2nd, Bike to Kus-kus-sum
We will need a few people to help get the group organized and a few to cook hot dogs and hamburgers on the BBQ
Tall Ship Show at Kus-kus-sum
This is to help host a show on a tall ship that is docked beside the Kus-kus-sum site. The audience will be on the Kus-kus-sum site. Please select the dates you are available. More information about the event can be found online at https://projectwatershed.ca/nomadic-tempest-at-kus-kus-sum/. There are many taks that will need doing including site prep and clean up, ushering, ticket taking, booth attending, safety, sound crew, security.
Staffing a Booth
Usually a 2hr shift at a table at another organisations event. We will have our materials, fundraising items, information etc... first and last shifts are asked to help with set up and tear down. Great for volunteers who like engaging with others!

Silent Auction Items
Contacting businesses to get Silent Auction Items (goods and services) for the upcoming Gala Dinner at the Seafood Festival. Project Watershed will provide you with a cover letter and suggested requests.
Office Work
We can always use help in the office! This could mean everything from proof reading to stuffing envelops to database entry to answering phones. Please list which tasks you would be interested in doing and your general availability.
