Stalls Sign Up Form
Thank you for your interest in Thame Pride. This form is to apply for a stall space at our Pride Village on Saturday 21st June 2025.

Please do not complete this form if you are a food or beverage vendor as we have prior arrangements for these and will not be requiring any more.

Please note, Thame Pride is unable to provide stall gazebos or any other equipment, so any business/company must provide their own for this event. A stall space of 3m x 3m will cost £50.

Completion of the form does not guarantee a space. We will be in touch regarding your application and if successful we will require further information.

Successful applicants will be contacted and invoiced from the start of April 2025.

Final applications close on May 9th 2025, unless all pitches have already been allocated.

The form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
