We will include your data in our printed and electronic reports that we will send through secured channels. By signing herein, we will continuously keep your data and under lock and key, and will limit their use to authorized staff. Q: Is there a cost/payment for the Webinar?
A: No, the webinar is Free.

Q: Will I receive a digital certificate if I attend this webinar?
A: Yes.

Q: How can I claim my digital certificate?
A: A notification will be sent to your registered email address informing you that the digital certificates are already available for download. Kindly type your full name on the search box and press the <Enter> key to filter your certificate!

NOTE: You can only view and download your own certificate. Viewing, downloading, and making use of the contents of a certificate that is NOT YOURS is ILLEGAL and may be penalized under RA 10173 and other subsequent laws.

Q: Why are the Digital Certificates do not have a signature? Are they still valid?
A: Yes, they are still valid. The Digital Certificates do not necessarily contain a graphic signature of our Regional Director. However, those certificates have Quick Response (QR) Codes which, when scanned, direct you the drive folder where all the Digital Certificates for a particular webinar are uploaded. If you have found your name on the drive, then it means your certificate is valid, otherwise, it is unacceptable and fraudulent.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE:

1. Attend the Webinar through Google Meet/Zoom/Facebook Live.

2. Submit your Attendance on the link provided on Google Meet/Zoom/Facebook Live during the conduct of the webinar.

3. Submit the Final Outputs or Quizzes, if there are any.

4. Submit the Evaluation Form.

CERTIFICATES TO BE ISSUED

* Certificate of Attendance - submitted incomplete requirements (quizzes and/or final output) but able to submit the Evaluation Form

* Certificate of Completion - completed ALL the requirements (QUIZ, FINAL OUTPUT, EVALUATION FORM) and obtained the required score from the given quiz

NO REQUIRED ACTIVITY / EVALUATION FORM - NO CERTIFICATE


Q: Can I download a copy of the webinar presentation?
A: Yes. We will provide the links where you can download the webinar materials.

Q: Why do you need our personal information to register/evaluate?
A: As a requirement of our GAD Program (Gender and Development) report and for the preparation of the digital certificates.
