8th Grade Elective Course Request 2021-2022
Dear Parents,

Each student will receive one elective of their choice.  Please rank your choices from 1-5 selecting 5 different electives.

We try hard to give each child their first choice; however, electives are subject to change based on enrollment.  Students may also be placed in an elective based on data and recommendations from staff.  This includes AVID, Music, ALD, and Study Skills.

The deadline to complete the form is Friday, February 26th. If the form is not received by Friday, February 26th elective placement will be made at the discretion of our Counselors.

If your child will not be attending Correia next year please respond on the form.
